Personal Training
Charlotte began working as a PT simply through a love for training. She worked a lot with strength and conditioning for athletes, particularly rugby players, she also ran her own bootcamps, and trained a wide variety of people in the gym. When she became overwhelmed with the demand for her coaching services she eventually decided to accept working positions abroad, to combine her love for travel, education and training.
Charlotte designs bespoke training plans based on her clients individual goals and lifestyle. Using knowledge and experience from a diverse training background Charlotte helps people to break through their barriers and achieve new levels of fitness. She loves challenges and constantly learning new methods of training to adapt and improve her knowledge in order to give the best service possible.
Charlotte is passionate about inventing and providing the best training for her clients. She combines calisthenics, weights, pilates, yoga, mobility and more, along with bundles of motivation & enthusiasm.
Yoga
Charlotte never used to like yoga. She felt stifled in the strict, competitive classes she attended in the UK, and always left the class disappointed, as though she had gotten everything wrong. However, a move to Kenya in 2012 inspired her to fall in love with the raw, primal flow of yoga, pranayama and meditation. Here she learnt to be free, in her movements and her mind, and her yoga journey began.
Charlotte’s classes are a unique blend of intuitive flow, balancing and creative sequencing. She teaches a rhythmic, fluid vinyasa that builds strength, creates flexibility and inspires play. Her understanding of the physiology of each pose combined with her intelligent sequencing flows help cultivate body awareness and a deeper mind to body connection.
Charlottes style of teaching is warm and attentive and she can accommodate to many different bodies. Her goal is to empower and inspire students to a better understanding of themselves.

Charlotte creates programs that include everything from gym conditioning to yoga. Her training integrates strength and flexibility, creativity and imagination for the body and mind. She has developed a hybrid training system which helps to cultivate body awareness, a deeper understanding of yourself, and empower you to build confidence while you build a better body. Expect plenty of functional movements, incorporating calisthenics, primal locomotion, weights, pilates and yoga combinations all teamed together into HIIT, WODs and metabolic BOOSTS designed just for you. Amongst all that hard work you can also receive spiritual meditations, flowing yoga and healing bodywork massage.
